THIP granted Thailand Green Design Awards at ParagonAugust 30, 2019

On 26 March 2019, Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited or THIP with Sirikan Saisamorn, the product design officer, represents the company granting Thailand Green Design Awards 2019 in the category of sustainable products at Lifestyle Hall, 2nd Floor of Siam Paragon Shopping Center.

Our “Gloveboxes” won a consolation prize in terms of elderly goods with the degree of entrepreneurs and private companies. The award is organized by the Institute for Research and Development of Agricultural Products and Agro-Industry Kasetsart University. It was such an honor to have Dr. Chongrak Watcharinrat, who acts in place of President of Kasetsart University, presenting the rewards to participants at this moment

Thailand Green Design Awards 2019 sought for innovative and sustainable products and services excluding food. The contest focused on creative design and solution for agricultural industry nationwide. This year, there are 27 of 115 products advanced to the semi-final round focusing on creative design, innovation and utilization. Product categories were divided into 3 groups including energy conservation, efficient use of natural resources and elderly society. The awards are given in three categories separately for students, community enterprise and general public, as well as the group of entrepreneurs and private companies.
